Alice

January, 2009 - This is Alice, approximately 4 years old. Alice was rescued by Gerdy's Rescues & Adoptions from a back yard breeder. She is a very quiet girl who hardly ever makes a sound. We didn't even know what her bark sounded like until she had been at our place for over 3 weeks! She is shy, but friendly and gentle. Despite her background, Alice is trim and in very good shape. She can run around the yard like the best of 'em. She loves the company of people and our own 3 dogs. Alice will need to be spayed before she can be adopted and that will be as soon as possible. May 17, 2009 - Alice just left a while ago for her new permanent home! She has gone to a real nice family in southern Quebec near the US border. Alice will have a playmate that is perfect for her - not too rowdy. We really think that this will be her forever home as her newly adopted family have been waiting for her ever since she became a ward of Gerdy's Rescues. Alice is such a lucky girl!
