October, 2009 - Lucy, a charming 4 year-old, was given up when her family had a second child. They said they could not give her all the attention she deserved. Lucy is healthy and all her shots are up to date. She is spayed and house-trained. She loves to play with people, other dogs, and the pot-bellied pig she had lived with. Lucy is a real sociable girl and is constantly grooming our dogs. She is full of energy and loves to be outdoors. She can be vocal when playing with others, but for the most part, hardly utters a sound. She needs to be with a family that is active, or with another dog. January, 2010 - Lucky Lucy! She was adopted by a nice local family with 2 youngsters and a dog. They all hit it off right from the start and it seems that this will be her forever home. We're all happy for her!
