October, 2010 - Mathilde, known as Tilly, or Tillybum is sister to Gaspard (below), a 14 month old sibbling pair. Their owner loved them like no other, but found that work demands meant they could not get all the love and attention they needed. It was a painful choice, but with their welfare in mind, the decision was to find a new home for them. Unfortunately they were not able to be placed together. Gaspard, the lucky fellow, was adopted a while ago and is doing famously at his new home! Tilly came to our place. Tilly is house trained and is up to date with all shots. She is a petite Basset, mostly brown in colour, with a demeanor and big brown eyes that would mealt your heart. She is a pleasant little girl, full of life, who loves the company of people and her own kind, including our 3 Bassets. Tilly loves to cuddle, especially in bed with you at night. May, 2011 - Tilly (now called Milly) has gone to a great family in eastern Ontario! She has 2 companion dogs, kids that visit and a nice big yard to play in. And.... being such a sociable girl, she will soon be trained as a thereapy dog, a vocation she is so well suited for. Although we all miss her, we are so happy that she has found her forever home!
